Tasteful Menus Combine With Local Art for Grand Reopening of Las Vegas Restaurant

New Palettes Gallery and Bistro at SpringHill Suites Las Vegas Convention Center Offers Inspirational Work, Tantalizing Menu

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - Apr 4, 2012) - Combining a refreshing Art Night with the Grand Re-Opening of a newly re-branded restaurant, one of the premier Las Vegas hotels off The Strip is hosting a complimentary one-night showcase on April 12, 2012.

Launching its exciting new Palettes Gallery and Bistro restaurant, the SpringHill Suites Las Vegas Convention Center hotel welcomes guests to discover the inspiring new establishment which not only offers a tasteful menu, but spotlights local art as well. The April 12 festivities are set to begin at 5:30 p.m. and will include open music performances by Courtney & Ben, art demonstrations by Steven Talbott and Don Michael Jr., unveiling of the Palettes logo and an awards ceremony. This distinctive new choice among restaurants in the Las Vegas area, will also be serving samplings from its new menu and refreshments.

"Food and art, it's all a matter of taste" at Palettes, where Abstract pizzas, Surrealism entrées, Inspiration pasta, Cubism sandwiches and Expressionism soups and salads are complemented by Impressionism appetizers, Surrealism sides and Romanticism desserts. Unlike other restaurants near the Las Vegas Convention Center, Palettes Gallery and Bistro will maintain an art display, providing another venue in which local artists can present their works and allowing visitors unique insights of the area.

The Bistro's featured entrées include an 8 oz. Grilled Filet, Pan Seared Chicken Breast or Salmon Filet served with exceptional sides like fingerling potatoes and green beans, grape tomatoes and Kalamata olives, French fries and seasonal vegetables. The restaurant will also feature an Inspiration flat bread of the day, a sweet BBQ Chicken pizza, garden and Caesar salads, wraps, and sandwiches to the likes of Triple Grill Cheese, Roast Beef Dip and an Inspiration Burger featuring a 7-ounce Angus patty with all the trimmings.
