ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL--(Marketwire - Sep 29, 2011) - Little Lady Foods, who recently expanded to new corporate headquarters, has put the finishing touches on a new culinary center. A leader in specialty frozen food manufacturing, the Company specializes in the creation of premium pizzas, gourmet sandwiches and handheld items for many of the nation's leading food service and retail brands.

The newly expanded culinary center is part of Little Lady Foods' continuing commitment to provide truly customized products that fit the individual requirements for each of its clients. At the new center, food professionals work with customers from concept to consumption to design, formulate and manufacture innovative, high quality foods that both anticipate consumer trends and deliver successfully commercialized products to the market.

Little Lady Foods' culinary center includes two kitchens; an R&D kitchen for product ideation, recipe development, testing and quality control, and a showcase kitchen for presentation and collaboration with customers. The Company has brought on additional culinary experts to work with customers and capitalize on the increased capacity of the culinary center.
