TBG Digital Launches in US and Expands Sales Force

Global Technology and Marketing Agency Announces Broad Availability of ONE Media Manager™ for Facebook Advertising Campaigns That Scale

TBG Digital was one of the first three companies to work with Facebook to become an approved API vendor in 2009, creating the ONE Media Manager™ platform, an automated program for social media advertising. It now deploys successful advertising programs for global brands, managing campaigns for more than 90 companies in over 40 countries. The US office has already signed more than 25 US-based clients, including JetBlue and Experian.

US Headquarters
Late summer, TBG Digital officially opened its headquarters in San Francisco, California. Silicon Valley veteran Patrick Toland has joined as managing director and as such will oversee all US operations. Chris Cooper joins as vice president of account development, and Craig Walsey joins as vice president of business development. The UK's senior vice president of corporate development, Simon Spaull, will split duties between offices to work with Walsey and Cooper.

Patrick Toland - Managing Director, US
Patrick Toland brings to TBG Digital more than twenty years' experience building technology and Internet businesses in a variety of leadership roles, including marketing, business development, and product management. As US managing director he will oversee all aspects of US operations, from new business to marketing and human resources. Toland joins TBG Digital after ten years as co-founder of Incentive Networks, a company providing highly integrated loyalty solutions in the US and Europe, where he successfully secured and managed both clients as well as 3500+ merchant relationships worldwide. He helped facilitate the successful sale of the company in 2008 to Webloyalty, Inc. Previously, he held various positions in marketing and business development at CNET Networks, Digital River and Schoolpop. Toland has a B.S. from San Francisco State University.

Chris Cooper - Vice President, Account Development
Chris Cooper is leading account development initiatives in the US, a skill he honed from his previous roles at Google. There he spent six years in various positions, including Bay Area operations and SEM manager roles where he managed multi-functional teams that were responsible for negotiating and managing a $50 million co-brand initiative that encompassed multiple ad platforms. His experience goes back to the early days of online advertising when he managed many large brand advertisers for Excite@home. His most recent job prior to TBG Digital, was working for Sustainable Global Sourcing where he helped launch a sewing project in Monrovia, Liberia. Cooper has a B.A. from Chapman University.

Craig Walsey - Vice President, Business Development
Craig Walsey brings a valuable combination of skills to his role as vice president of U.S. Business Development having held senior sales, business affairs and legal positions for some of the best known entertainment and consumer products companies including, Viacom, Paramount Pictures, Winterland and bebe stores. Most recently, Walsey spent more than four years at Dogster, Inc., the award-winning publisher group responsible for pet community sites,,, and the Vet Blog. There he was vice president of Digital Advertising Sales, joining the company as its first employee. Walsey has a B.A. from Emory University and a J.D. from New York Law School.
