TBS International Limited Announces Date for the Release of the Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2006 Results, Conference Call and Webcast

HAMILTON, BERMUDA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 21, 2007 -- TBS International Limited (NASDAQ: TBSI), an ocean transportation services company that offers worldwide shipping solutions through liner, parcel and bulk transportation services, announced today that after the market closes in New York on Thursday, March 8, 2007 it will release its results for the fourth quarter and full year 2006 for the period ended December 31, 2006.

The next day, Friday, March 9, 2007 at 9:30 a.m. EST, the company's management will host a conference call to discuss the results.
