TCS Management Becomes Leading Provider of Scattered Site Property Management Firm in Philadelphia With Atlas Acquisition

PHILADELPHIA, PA--(Marketwired - September 17, 2015) - TCS Management announced today that it has acquired the assets of Ft. Washington based Atlas Management, and that TCS is now the leading provider of scattered site rental management services in the Philadelphia area.

According to TCS founder and CEO Benjamin Oller, TCS was created two years ago to service the management and leasing needs of investor owners of condominiums and single family homes. "We created a platform that allows residential investors to reap all the economic benefit of ownership, while we lease, collect rents and maintain their properties, while providing our clients full on-line transparency," Oller said. With the Atlas acquisition, TCS now manages about one thousand investor owned condominiums and homes in the Philadelphia area.

TCS partner and COO Guarav Gambhir said, "We are ready for this growth and will continue to provide all of our clients with the type of excellent service they have come to expect at TCS. Atlas CEO Ian Walsh, and the entire Atlas Management team have joined TCS and we couldn't be more pleased. Our new associates will integrate very well with TCS and help us grow in size and capabilities."

Oller is not a newcomer to the Philadelphia real estate scene. In 2007 he formed The Condo Shop, a Philadelphia real estate brokerage with four center city offices, that specializes in residential sales and leasing.

Oller is the son industry veteran Richard Oller who redeveloped the Aria Condominiums at 15th and Locust Streets, and owns and operates large scale apartment communities throughout the United States. Ben Oller stated: "I remember touring properties with my Dad every weekend when I could barely see above the dashboard of the car. The only thing that has changed in 30 years is the dashboard got lower."
