ANNAPOLIS, MD -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 3, 2005 -- TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. (TCS) (NASDAQ: TSYS), a leading provider of mission critical wireless communications, has received the 2005 Frost & Sullivan Product Line Strategy Award for Location-Based Services (LBS). The award is announced in Frost & Sullivan's just-released Consumer Location Based Services - Enhancing Carrier ARPU Through LBS study.
