Team CyberAds Rides the Rhino in Las Vegas

TORRANCE, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- September 29, 2005 -- CyberAds, Inc. (OTC BB: CYAD), an extreme sports lifestyle marketing company, reported today that its management team visited production facilities for Rhino Off-Road Industries in Henderson, NV, September 21 and 22 and had the opportunity to test drive Rhino's exciting line of Rough Terrain Vehicles® (RTV®). CyberAds and ROI recently announced execution of a distribution agreement between the two companies.

"The Rhino RTV is amazing," exclaimed Jeff Criswell, President of CyberAds, after putting the RTV through the paces on a four-hour demo drive with his sales and management team in the rugged terrain north of Las Vegas. "I'm not a little guy," stated the 6'8" former NFL lineman, "and the Rhino RTV took me up and down steep slopes and over wild terrain without a hitch. I'm an avid off-roader, but I've never ridden anything like this before."

Howard Pearl, CEO and one of the founders of ROI, hosted the demo ride. Two 2-seat family sport models and two single-seat XT-1 models were available for the CyberAds team to put through the paces. The group also toured the ROI production facility in Henderson and had the opportunity to meet with the design staff and management team. In addition, the CyberAds team met with a Rhino dealer and one of the first owners of a Rhino RTV FS-2. "I was very impressed with the performance and design of the Rhino RTV," stated Criswell. "When you meet their team and tour their facility, it becomes very apparent as to why this is such a great product." They understand off-road vehicle design and the production process. The two companies are working together to build a sales and distribution network and implement a market launch of the innovative line of products.

"I am enthusiastic with the fact that the entire CyberAds management team took so much time to come see and test our products first hand. It's important to us that our partners have an understanding of how innovative and well-built this product is," stated Howard Pearl. "This is definitely the kind of product that you have to experience to appreciate and these guys really put the machines to the test -- they obviously understand the extreme sports mindset."
