TEAM President Receives Individual Title Agent License in Colorado, Georgia, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Rhode Island and West Virginia During Fiscal 2010

NEWPORT BEACH, CA--(Marketwire - February 16, 2011) - TEAM Nation Holdings Corporation ("TEAM") (OTCBB: TEMN) is pleased to announce that during 2010, TEAM's President, Janis Okerlund, Esq., received Non-Resident Title Agent licenses from Colorado, Georgia, Indiana, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Rhode Island and West Virginia, allowing her to perform title insurance transactions in those states. The individual licenses are prerequisite to the licensure of TEAM's direct title agency operation, Team Title, Inc. Ms. Okerlund will serve as TEAM Title's registered licensee upon agency licensure.
