Technology Applications International Corporation (NUUU) Announces Board of Directors and Shareholder Resolutions Approving Company Name Change to Rejuvel Bio-Sciences, Inc.

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwired - May 1, 2015) - Technology Applications International Corporation (OTCBB: NUUU), a NASA* Technology Transfer Partner and parent company of wholly owned subsidiary Rejuvel Int'l, Inc., creators of REJUVEL 3D Ageless Infinity Microgravity Cell Renewal Cream, announced today that its Board of Directors with shareholder agreement, has approved a company name change to Rejuvel Bio-Sciences, Inc. which will better reflect the company's primary business, which is utilizing its relationship with NASA and applying NASA's patented technology in the creation of REJUVEL 3D products.

After passing the board and shareholder resolution, the company filed the required documents with the State of Florida and CUSIP Global Services to complete the necessary process for FINRA approval, which is expected to be effective within approximately two weeks.

Charles Scimeca, President of Technology Applications International Corporation said, "Changing our parent company's name reflects our commitment to building a worldwide brand and helps our company achieve better name recognition overall. It's also better representative of our company's day-to-day business operations at this time. When the change becomes effective, it will be seamless for our shareholders who will not have to take any action."

According to the company's website, www.nuuustock.com, NASA didn't originally create technology for development of topical skin and hair care products but rather they wanted to replicate microgravity conditions in the laboratory so they invented a rotating wall vessel (RWV) bioreactor that kept the growth medium and cells suspended in the chamber of the device, simulating a constant free fall similar to the conditions found in microgravity. Unlike the way cells typically grow in a laboratory -- two dimensionally on a flat surface -- the cells in the RWV bioreactor grew in a three-dimensional fashion, similar to how they naturally grow in the human body. NASA used the RWV bioreactor to perform tissue-growth experiments and during their investigation of adult human kidney, lung and epithelial stem cells, the group produced a range of bio-molecules that had regenerative qualities, including fibroblasts -- adhesive molecules that help to hold cells together. Rejuvel is using the technology to develop various topical creams and hair care products using assorted plant stem cell extracts.

The patents for the process to produce a regenerative extract using the NASA bioreactors was licensed from NASA and Administrators of the Tulane Educational Fund by Technology Applications International Corporation for use by its wholly owned subsidiary, Rejuvel Int'l, Inc. to create, market and sell cosmetic skin care products infused with the NASA bioreactor-produced extracts to promote skin healing and skin rejuvenation.

"One never really knows what kind of applications will come from a discovery process," explains Dr. Thomas J. Goodwin, a scientist and inventor at Johnson Space Center. "This was truly a discovery process that had one intention and goal for NASA but has led to something completely different that can benefit people on the ground."

Rejuvel Int'l, Inc.'s REJUVEL 3D Microgravity Cell Renewal Cream is made possible because of the company's exclusive agreements to use NASA's bioreactor technology, *licensed from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration and Administrators of the Tulane Educational Fund under U.S. Patent Nos. 6,730,498 and 6,485,963 B1 and 6,673,597 B2, for topical cosmetics and hair care products. REJUVEL 3D anti-aging products are created in simulated microgravity, in NASA developed bioreactors, and promote the body's own healing mechanisms.

Rejuvel is continuing to grow its worldwide product registration commitment as well as expanding its distribution networks.

Rejuvel Int'l, Inc. and NueEarth, Inc. are wholly owned subsidiaries of Technology Applications International Corporation, a public company whose trading symbol is NUUU.
