Technology Partnership Evolves Digital Rewards for Online Communities

Giftbit, a simple, automated provider of digital gift cards for rewards and incentives, announced a new integration partnership this week with Passenger, a leader in private online communities for customer engagement.

Passenger's FUEL Community Engine supports gamification elements for community engagement. Community members earn points by participating in activities and can redeem their points within the FUEL Community Engine for digital gift card rewards powered by Giftbit. Clients control which digital gift card rewards are offered and customize the branding of the emails that deliver the rewards.

On average, 1 in 5 digital gift card rewards are never claimed. The tracking and money-back on unclaimed cards offered by Giftbit provide new insights on recipient behavior, with stronger results and returns for organizations.
