  • Configuration Center: The new configuration center module represents a significant step forward in the overall ability to tailor the Technomedia Talent Platform to complex needs as well as support inbound and outbound data interface management. New menu, messaging, data validation, online help and third party data interface management support join an already robust set of workflow and configuration management tools to provide companies with industry-leading flexibility and control over user experience.

  • Business Intelligence Platform: Technomedia continues to build on its business intelligence platform by adding increased support for compensation planning analysis and by incorporating additional sets of standard report templates and dashboards across all modules, enabling non-technical users to easily access and analyze complex talent information across the enterprise.

In addition to fundamental upgrades across the Platform, over 50 new module-specific features and enhancements have been added. A few highlights include:

  • Learning and Development: Key enhancements include registration calendar improvements for ease of use, and scheduling and training catalog search tools which help employees and other learners understand what activities can impact their learning paths and performance. Additionally, new visual notification features keep all stakeholders informed, and administrative capabilities for managing invoicing and order options have been enriched to provide greater flexibility and visibility of costs.

  • Performance Management, Goals and Competencies: An improved template support with better assessment period management tools provides an easy mechanism to perform complex segmentation of assessment periods and employee populations. The linkage between goals and competencies, as it relates to the performance review process, has also been improved, allowing for greater talent insight into employee goal attainment. Additionally, goals have been visually redesigned, allowing managers and employees to easily track progress and assess risk.

  • Recruiting and Talent Acquisition: A host of upgrades have been developed to support the way employers manage their candidate relationships. With tools that facilitate enhanced communications, such as batch functions, questionnaires and automated emails, recruiters can more easily connect and build relationships with candidates. Moreover, through bi-directional synch with Microsoft Outlook and other compliant mail systems, recruiters gain greater visibility into managers' calendar, bringing greater efficiency to the interview-scheduling process.

  • Career and Succession Planning: Improved linkage between competency assessments, compensation and performance data provide better visibility to support communications between HR and employees and facilitate the review process. People Review results from previous periods may be transferred into new or draft periods, greatly streamlining the overall review process. Additionally, enhancements to review permissions have been added to either support or disable simultaneous review activities, giving companies greater control over the review process.
