Tekelec to Discuss Customer Experience and Personalization of Mobile Data Services at OSS/BSS World Summit

MORRISVILLE, NC--(Marketwire - September 2, 2010) -  Tekelec (NASDAQ: TKLC), the broadband data management company, will participate in the OSS/BSS World Summit, held September 8-9 in London, as a presenter and gold sponsor. Michael Heffner, director of product management, will present "Ensuring Customer Experience for Mobile Data Services," on Thursday, September 9 at 3 p.m. 

Heffner will address how operators can use session and policy management, subscriber data management and performance intelligence to create a successful customer experience. He will also provide use cases that show how operators can capitalize on real-time network and service intelligence combined with subscriber data to support new business models.
