TelePacific Communications' SVP Michael James to Speak About the "Ideal Customer Experience" at July 16 ATA Event

James, TelePacific's Senior Vice President of Customer Experience and Operations, will participate on a panel discussing how companies can use technology to ensure their customers are having the "Ideal Customer Experience."
