TelePacific Selects Service Quality Management Software From West Ridge Networks to Monitor and Report on Customer Experience

California Based Competitive Local Exchange Carrier Deploys SQMworks Across MPLS Network to Ensure Quality of IP Services

LOS ANGELES, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 23, 2005 -- TelePacific Communications a leading provider of business telecommunications services, today announced that it has deployed West Ridge Networks' SQMworks service quality management solution across its IP-MPLS backbone in California and Nevada. TelePacific is using SQMworks to monitor the OSPF routing control plane, discover MPLS tunnels and correlate network performance to the quality of the IP services TelePacific delivers to its customers.

Finally, TelePacific uses the active test capabilities of SQMworks to proactively monitor the performance of the advanced IP services delivered by the network.
