Teleperformance Opens Seventh Contact Center in Philippines

SALT LAKE CITY, UT--(Marketwire - January 28, 2010) - Teleperformance, the # 1 global leader in managing the customer experience in the outsourced contact center market, today announced the planned opening of its seventh center in the Philippines to handle growing demand for its services. The center will begin taking calls in May.

Located in SM Fairview, Quezon City, the state-of-the-art facility will house 1,200 seats, bringing the company's total seat count in the Philippines to over 8,500 and the total number of Teleperformance employees in the country to over 13,000.

Teleperformance is one of the pioneers of contact center outsourcing in the Philippines, with the company's first Philippines operation established in 1996. The company has a worldwide network of over 250 contact centers that leverage leading-edge technologies and high quality agents to deliver outstanding support to over 1,000 clients globally.
