Company Announces New Service Hub in Dallas for Set-Top Box Repair

Leveraging our partnership with S3 Group, the hub incorporates their StormTest Decision Line technology to offer automated STB testing and screening solutions. The testing equipment enables Teleplan to provide best-in-class Repair Avoidance solutions with cost efficient and high-volume throughput device screening. As part of the solution Teleplan also manages the complex forward and reverse logistics and repair of STBs.
