TelePlus Completes the Sales Team for Its Wireless Division

MONTREAL, QC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 26, 2006 -- TelePlus Enterprises, Inc. (OTC BB: TLPE) (Frankfurt: YT3) ( ("TelePlus" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of two new managers to its wholly-owned subsidiary, TelePlus Wireless, Corp. ("TelePlus Wireless"). The new hires come at an opportune time as TelePlus Wireless prepares to initiate aggressive growth of its wireless division. Christopher Fenwick has been named Channel Manager -- Retail Sales, and Laura Seijo has been named Channel Manager -- Online Sales & Marketing. Both Mr. Fenwick and Ms. Seijo will work out of the Miami office of TelePlus Wireless and will report directly to Henry Flesch, Director of Sales and Marketing for TelePlus Wireless. Mr. Fenwick will provide retail sales support for the Liberty Wireless brand by managing key accounts and developing distribution channels. Ms. Seijo will be responsible for all aspects of website creation and marketing for the Liberty Wireless brand, from web analytics and reporting to user interface design and content development.

Prior to joining TelePlus, Mr. Fenwick was Field Manager for Movida Communications, Inc., a mobile virtual network operator ("MVNO") in the pre-paid wireless industry aimed at a Hispanic audience in South Florida. For a period of 4 years, Mr. Fenwick worked as the Account Manager at the wireless service operator Metro PCS, Inc. in which capacity he developed strong relationships with key national retail and master agent accounts to drive sales of wireless phone service. Mr. Fenwick was also the Field Marketing Specialist for the Motorola Personal Communications Division of Market Star Corporation.

Ms. Seijo brings to TelePlus Wireless over 7 years of experience in internet marketing and in user interface design and development. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Seijo was a Consultant to TracFone Wireless in which capacity she conducted requirements analysis, customer experience analysis, and user interface design. For a period of over 5 years, as Lead User Experience Analyst, Ms. Seijo led the North American E-commerce User Interface team at Office Depot Inc. Ms. Seijo, who has also worked as a webmaster and web designer, holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida and is a National Merit Scholar.
