TelePlus Signed on Three Municipal Government Service Agreements

MONTREAL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 11, 2006 -- TelePlus Enterprises, Inc. (OTC BB: TLPE) (Frankfurt: YT3.F) ( ("TelePlus" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Telizon Inc. ("Telizon"), part of the Company's Telecom division, has recently signed service contracts with three municipal governments. TelePlus is to provide a full suite of telecommunication services to these municipalities. Services include Centrex Lines, Unique Lines, long distance services and enhanced financial management capabilities through customized invoicing packages. The municipalities are the County of Lennox & Addington, headquartered in Napanee, Ontario; The Town of Blue Mountain, headquartered in Thornbury, Ontario; and The Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte, headquartered in Deserento.
