TelePlus World Signs Agreement to Provide Telecom Services to a Local Government and School Board

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - July 10, 2008) - TelePlus World, Corp. (OTCBB: TLPE) (FRANKFURT: YT3) (www.teleplusworld.com), a telecom reseller offering specialized communication products and services, announced that its subsidiary Telizon, part of the Company's telecom division, has signed an agreement to provide telecommunication service to a large school board in Kingston, Canada and a local government in Trent Hills, Canada. These new customers are to immediately increase the Company's customer base by about 1%.

Telizon provides a value added bundle of commercial telecommunications packages including local lines, long distance, toll free and high speed internet services to customers in 53 distinct Centrex Serving Areas in Ontario. The value added component, in addition to significant cost savings, results from Telizon acting as a virtual telecommunications department for its clients, interfacing on their behalf with the underlying wholesale carrier providers for all items pertaining to their existing services and future needs.

Telizon, which secured the contracts with unsolicited proposals, is becoming increasingly recognized as a cost-effective, custom telecommunications solution provider to businesses, municipal governments and school districts.

"We continue to make inroads with school boards and local governments. We now service over 44 municipalities and several school boards. This contract continues to demonstrate our success in penetrating commercial and governmental markets with a broad portfolio of telecommunications products and enhanced financial management tools," commented Marius Silvasan, Company CEO and Chairman.
