TelePlus World Signs Third POSA Distributor and Adds Thousands of New Points of Retail Distribution for Its Wireless Products by Partnering With PaySpot

MIAMI, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 14, 2007 -- TelePlus World, Corp. (OTCBB: TLPE) (FRANKFURT: YT3) (www.teleplusworld.com), a wireless and telecom reseller offering specialized communications products and services in the U.S. and Canada, is pleased to announce Maximo Impact, Corp. ("MX Mobile"), a wholly owned subsidiary, signed an agreement with PaySpot, Inc., a subsidiary of Euronet Worldwide, and a leading prepaid provider in the U.S. PaySpot delivers a comprehensive array of electronic products and services, including prepaid wireless airtime, prepaid long distance cards, prepaid debit cards, prepaid gift cards, bill payment, money transfer, merchant processing and check guarantee, through existing point-of-sale (POS) terminals to retailers throughout the U.S.

As part of the agreement MX Mobile airtime cards will be available through PaySpot's terminals, currently installed at thousands of merchant locations in key U.S. markets servicing MX Mobile's core client base, which includes credit challenged, unbanked/underbanked consumers, teens, recent immigrants and students.

"This is the third key relationship with a POSA terminal distributor we have announced in the last few months. POSA distributors are key to our distribution model as they allow us to reach our market by making our airtime pins available to our customers," commented Rich Stupansky, President of TelePlus Wireless Services. "Without widespread distribution of our airtime pins it is very difficult to obtain new outlets for distribution and maintain customers. We are now doing business with 3 key POSA distributors collectively servicing thousands of retail stores across the country."
