TeleTech Awarded Multi-Year Agreement With Leading Internet Search Company to Enhance Clients' Online Advertising Programs

ENGLEWOOD, CO--(Marketwire - July 14, 2010) -  A leading provider of Internet search technology and targeted advertising solutions has selected TeleTech Services Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TeleTech Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTEC), to help its small and medium business (SMB) customers enhance their online advertising programs.

Under the terms of the multi-year agreement, TeleTech will assist the client's SMB customers with the creation and placement of their online advertising to maximize market penetration. TeleTech will utilize skilled inside sales professionals and online advertising marketing specialists to rapidly implement a comprehensive solution that has been specifically designed to transform the selling process for SMB customers and drive revenue growth.
