MANCHESTER, UK--(Marketwire - February 10, 2010) - TeleTech UK Ltd., a subsidiary of TeleTech Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTEC), one of the largest and most geographically diverse global providers of business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, today announced an agreement to provide advanced OnDemand services to one of the leading contact centre companies in the United Kingdom.

TeleTech's OnDemand services provide best-in-class software tools and solutions on a hosted, utility-based subscription model including call routing, Voice over Internet Protocol, workforce management, call recording and Internet connectivity.

The customized suite of services will allow the contact centre company to expand its capabilities beyond traditional, premise-based solutions to a new range of service options without the need to license software, purchase on-premises hardware or provide ongoing technology support. The TeleTech OnDemand solution will also allow the contact centre company to easily scale their operations to support ongoing business growth.
