TeleTech Renews Agreement With Big Box Retailer

TeleTech to Support Fortune 500 Client Using Sophisticated Global Delivery Model

ENGLEWOOD, CO--(Marketwire - October 16, 2008) - TeleTech Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTEC), one of the largest and most geographically diverse global providers of business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, today announced that it has renewed its agreement with a Fortune 500 retail client.

The client first began working with TeleTech in 2005, and the business has continued to grow since that time. Under the terms of the renewed agreement, TeleTech will provide services that support multiple lines of business for this important client. Services will be provided across a centralized global delivery platform from locations in North America, South America, and Asia in addition to dispersed TeleTech@Home locations.

The renewed agreement includes a full suite of customer management services, including technical troubleshooting, general customer service, and back-office support.
