TeleTech Signs Multiyear Agreement With Nationwide Wireless Provider

New Agreement Supports Product Growth

ENGLEWOOD, CO--(Marketwire - December 4, 2007) - TeleTech Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTEC), one of the largest and most geographically diverse global providers of business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, today announced that it has signed a three-year agreement with a national provider of wireless voice, messaging, and data services.

TeleTech will be serving the client from a state-of-the-art delivery center in North America. The company's scalable, innovative global delivery model was a key differentiator for the client, as was TeleTech's ability to deploy services quickly. TeleTech has begun launching 700 new workstations with the intent to expand the business significantly in 2008.
