TempWorks Focuses on Quality Over Quantity in 2015, Resulting in a 12 Percent Increase in Sales

Leading Staffing Software Company Sees More Than $18 Million in Sales and Lowest Employee Turnover Rate Ever as a Result of New Business Philosophy

EAGAN, MN--(Marketwired - Feb 23, 2016) - TempWorks Software, a leader in staffing software for nearly 20 years, announces its 2015 sales of $18.6 million, a 12 percent increase from the prior year, as a result of shifting its business philosophy. The staffing software company currently implements a "quality over quantity" viewpoint, ensuring employee happiness and customer satisfaction are the highest priorities. This new philosophy led to TempWorks' lowest employee turnover rate ever, and the company grossing more than $18 million in sales and $850 million in outsourced billing in 2015.

TempWorks incorporated its new business outlook into several recent initiatives, including international expansion. In 2015, TempWorks served the growing demand for staffing and payroll solutions internationally, in addition to implementing technology that offered customers streamlined support for greater internal efficiency. As a result, the company hit a record-breaking week of sales in October. Within that week, it executed licensing agreements with eight companies, which operate in 42 states and one foreign country, for a combined licensing value of $2,758,345.

We introduced staffing software to the UK temp staffing sector for the first time and continued to expand and improve upon our current programs," said Dourgarian. "Between our US and UK offices, we obtained 95 new customers while maintaining a 99 percent customer retention rate.
