Tensleep Becomes an Online Independent Sports Company

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwire - August 20, 2007) - Tensleep Corporation (PINKSHEETS: TENS) ("Tensleep") announced that with the acquisition of XSTV Media, Inc. ("XSTV"), it will become an online independent sports company. The transaction is to close on or before September 15, 2007. Tensleep will, by the end of this week or early next week, call a special meeting of shareholders to approve the change name to "XSTV Corporation."

Last week Tensleep announced the agreement to acquire XSTV, a development stage independent sports media company. XSTV earlier this year purchased the rights to the trade name XSTV® which was a magazine-style TV program about extreme sports. During seven seasons (1997 - 2004) XSTV® earned brand equity, consumer recognition and industry reputation as one of the top US extreme sports television shows. Notable achievements include:

-- XSTV® was twice nominated for an Emmy and its production team won
    more than 40 television and video industry awards;

-- XSTV® was the original anchor and highest rated program for the kick
    off-season of "Rush Hour" on Fox Sports Net and was also broadcast on
    Sunshine Network, Comcast Sports and 104 other US broadcast stations;

-- XSTV® was broadcast internationally in countries such as Australia,
    South Africa, Israel, South America and the Middle East;

-- "XSTV® Ice Edition II" show achieved the highest rating for its
    market with an audience of 63 million households on Broadcast and Cable TV;

-- XSTV® was available in 87 million U.S. households in 50 of the top
    100 markets, including New York, Los Angeles and Miami;

-- XSTV® programs were shown on United Airways, US Air, and America
    West;

-- XSTV® segment videos averaged more than 4 million weekly page views
    through FMiTV, a broadband syndicating partner; and

-- XSTV® sponsors and advertisers included BMW, Jeep Chrysler, Kellogg,
    Panasonic, Skechers, Vans and Volkswagen.

Tensleep believes that XSTV® will be the Internet's first independent sports video website to offer free and exclusive sports video programs, segments and clips for broadband and wireless downloads. 'Independent sports' is a marketing term rather than a generic one, and includes extreme sports. It essentially covers any sport that tests the endurance, athleticism, skill, enthusiasm and determination of the individual as opposed to the organization, regulation and team structure of mainstream sports. Hundreds of millions of people all over the world take part in some form of independent sport every week.

Tensleep, as XSTV Corporation, plans to build on the brand legacy of XSTV®. Its strategy is to create a diversified independent sports company providing online and wireless broadcasts, community networking, television productions. and consumer brand products serving independent sports and related markets.
