Teradyne Diagnostic Solutions Hosts First GRADE-X™ User Group Forum

MANCHESTER, England--(CCNMatthews - Oct 7, 2005) -

Teradyne Diagnostic Solutions Ltd (TDS) recently hosted the first GRADE-X™ User Group Forum in Munich, Germany. This forum brought together diagnostic experts from leading vehicle and equipment OEMs to create and interchange ideas on future diagnostic strategies and the tools required to deliver their diagnostics visions. The group shared insight into the future product plans for the industry-leading GRADE-X™ diagnostic and service information creation software, as well as presenting the opportunity for the users to drive and influence the product strategy for GRADE-X™.

"The forum was the first open interchange of ideas among these large OEMs to share common industry trends and problems connected with the increasingly difficult issue of diagnostic strategy and data management", said Ian Legate, TDS Diagnostic Authoring Systems product manager. "By integrating the collective visionary strategies from these industry leaders, TDS is in a unique position to be able to create the industry reference platform for vehicle diagnostics creation and management, based on the GRADE-X™ product suite."
