Chairman Charles Allen Named Interim CEO


TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Nov. 15, 2013) - TeraGo Inc. (TSX:TGO) (www.terago.ca) announced that Bryan Boyd has today, by mutual agreement resigned as President and Chief Executive Officer and as a board member of the Company and its subsidiary to pursue other opportunities. Charles Allen, Chairman of the Board, has been appointed to act as Interim President and CEO as the board conducts a search for the new CEO.

Mr. Allen stated, "The board joins me in wishing Bryan well and thanking him for his 13 years of leadership and accomplishments.
