TeraGo Networks Announces Additions to Executive Team

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 3, 2009) - TeraGo Networks Inc. (TSX:TGO)(www.terago.ca), a leading national broadband service provider to businesses in Canada, today announced the addition of two new individuals to its executive management team. Kevin Hickey is TeraGo's new Vice President of Engineering and Operations, and Michael Testa has joined as Vice President of Marketing.

Kevin Hickey

As Vice President of Engineering and Operations for TeraGo Networks, Kevin Hickey is responsible for overseeing all areas of operations at TeraGo, including engineering, provisioning, network operations and customer service.

Mr. Hickey has spent nearly 30 years in the telecom sector in Canada, Europe, and the United States. Prior to joining TeraGo Networks, he was Senior Vice President, Network & Technical Operations for Primus Canada, an alternative communications carrier in Canada and Senior Vice President, Network & Operations for Maxlink Communications, a fixed wireless carrier licensed in the 28 Ghz band in Canada. He also served as Vice President Customer Service for AT&T-Unisource, a pan-European joint venture providing voice and data services. Mr. Hickey has a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from Iowa State University.

Mr. Hickey replaces Jeff Edward, who has left TeraGo Networks to pursue new opportunities.

Michael Testa

As Vice President of Marketing, Michael Testa is responsible for expanding TeraGo's brand presence, increasing the product offering and driving the penetration of services in the small and medium sized business segment in Canada.

Mr. Testa has nearly two decades of marketing experience across several industries including telecom, financial services and retail. Prior to joining TeraGo Networks, he was Vice President, Product Marketing at Experian Canada, a $4 billion global database and information company. In addition, Michael has extensive telecom experience from his various roles at Rogers Communications in the wireless division. Mr. Testa has an MBA from York University's Schulich School of Business.
