Teridian Named as Finalist in Harvey Mudd and Semiconductor Categories for TechAmerica High-Tech Innovation Awards

Company's Innovations in Energy Measurement Receive Two Finalist Nods

IRVINE, CA--(Marketwire - May 11, 2009) - Teridian Semiconductor Corporation, a company with a long history in energy measurement and over 20 years of innovation in the smart metering arena, has been named a finalist in the Harvey Mudd College Green Engineering Award and Innovative Product/Technology - Semiconductor categories for the TechAmerica High-Tech Innovation Awards. Now in its 16th year, this premier business event celebrates excellence and achievement in the region's technology industry, and honors local companies, individuals and products that drive innovation in Orange County and the Inland Empire. This year's winners will be announced at a dinner on May 14, 2009, at the Hilton Hotel in Costa Mesa, Calif.
