Ternium Announces Annual and Extraordinary General Meetings of Shareholders

LUXEMBOURG--(Marketwire - Apr 28, 2011) - Ternium S.A. (NYSE: TX) announced today that its annual general meeting of shareholders will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2011, at 2:30 p.m. (Luxembourg time), and that an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders will be held immediately after the adjournment of the annual general meeting of shareholders, at 29, avenue de la Porte-Neuve, L-2227, Luxembourg. Each holder of Ternium ADSs as of April 29, 2011, is entitled to instruct The Bank of New York Mellon, the depositary bank, as to the exercise of the voting rights pertaining to the shares represented by such holder's ADSs.
