Terra Novo Announces Key Personnel Promotions to Support Continued Growth

Veteran Employees Move into Executive Positions as Terra Novo Reports Solid Gains

BAKERSFIELD, CA--(Marketwired - May 4, 2015) - Terra Novo -- a leading manufacturer of erosion- and sediment-control, remediation and reclamation products -- is pleased to announce the promotion of two key employees to support the organization's continued expansion. Terra Novo reported 30 percent growth in 2014, and to ensure the company's growth trajectory continues upward through 2015 and beyond, founder and CEO Scott Harrison has tapped two integral team members -- Andy Iturrira and Brian Foster -- for executive positions.

"Andy and Brian have been instrumental in establishing Terra Novo as an industry leader," says Harrison. "We closed 2014 with remarkable sales growth, and moving Andy and Brian into these high-level roles will position our company for marked success in the years to come."

Andy Iturrira, previously director of engineering, has been promoted to vice president of sales and engineering. In addition to establishing relationships with officials from state departments of transportation to discuss erosion-control best practices, Iturrira advises customers on construction sites -- often personally reviewing projects and product performance to ensure customer satisfaction. In his new role, Iturrira will also oversee building an extensive distributor network, and improving and expanding Terra Novo's salesforce. Before joining Terra Novo in 2001, Iturrira served as an engineer project manager for the Blue Line Light Rail Project in Los Angeles, working for MK Centennial. He is a registered civil engineer in the State of California, C-27 landscape contractor and a certified professional in erosion and sediment control.

"Organizations across industries and throughout the United States are turning to our environmentally safe, cost-effective products because they provide the best results available," says Iturrira. "I am committed to -- and look forward to -- guiding our company toward further growth as we continue to provide green solutions that support sustainable development." Terra Novo's products, including its flagship EarthGuard® product line, are environmentally conscious and provide effective soil erosion- and sediment-control solutions for clients who want better results at a lower cost than competitors.

Brian Foster, previously Terra Novo's marketing manager, is now the company's distribution sales manager. Cultivating valued distributor relationships at Terra Novo since 2004, Foster assists clients in making informed decisions when choosing the best products and services for their needs. As a representative of Terra Novo's full line of efficient and cost-effective products, Foster helps landowners, contractors and engineers throughout the nation promote environmental stewardship and stay compliant with stringent laws to protect natural resources.

"It is gratifying to know we are making a difference and raising industry standards," says Foster. "I look forward to building even more distributor relationships that will further expand Terra Novo's green family of products into additional national and international markets."
