TerraVest Income Fund Reschedules Release of 2006 Results to Friday, March 16 (Tomorrow)

EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(CCNMatthews - March 15, 2007) - TerraVest Income Fund (TSX:TI.UN) announced today that it has rescheduled the release of its 2006 fourth quarter financial results and its 2006 audited financial statements to occur before the markets open on Friday, March 16, 2007.

The previously scheduled release time was delayed because of a car accident on Thursday evening involving Tom Kileen, Chief Financial Officer, and Tim Zosel, Senior Vice President. Neither was seriously injured.

The Fund will hold a conference call with management to review the 2006 quarter results. The details are as follows:
