Glen McKay, President and CEO, said: "We are very pleased to have attracted Terry Brace to Cornerstone. Terry is very well regarded in the industry. The breadth and depth of his experience will strengthen the company significantly in several key areas. Also, having Terry in the VP Exploration role will permit Mike Basha to concentrate on strategic initiatives. Mike has been instrumental in Cornerstone's development into an international junior exploration company with an extensive project portfolio with exposure to multiple commodities in multiple jurisdictions. He has been the lead in specific initiatives including Cornerstone's venture in Ecuador and in developing strategic joint ventures with major companies including Phelps Dodge and Newmont. One of our objectives in further advancing our existing portfolio and in generating new projects will be to achieve better balance in the risk profiles of our various exploration initiatives."
