Terry Guillory Joins California Bank of Commerce

LAFAYETTE, CA--(Marketwire - November 30, 2007) - California Bank of Commerce (OTCBB: CABC) announced that veteran commercial real estate and middle-market business banker Terry Guillory has joined the Bank, as a Senior Vice President / Senior Relationship Manager.

Prior to joining CBC, Terry was a Senior Commercial Banker at First Republic Bank where she specialized in commercial real estate lending and middle-market banking. Prior to that, Terry spent 12 years as a VP/Senior Relationship Manager with Mechanics Bank where she was instrumental in building Mechanic's commercial banking business in Oakland, California.
