CORDOBA, ARGENTINA--(Marketwire - September 11, 2008) - Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas) -- Tessenderlo Chemie NV/SA (EBR:TESB) (Brussels, Belgium), Advanced Power AG (Zugerberg, Switzerland) and Siemens Project Ventures GmbH (Erlangen, Germany), a subsidiary of Siemens AG (Munich, Germany), will begin construction of a 422-megawatt (MW) combined-cycle power plant on the site of Tessenderlo Chemie NV in Belgium's Limburg province.
