Texas State University Deploys NeuLion's Total Ticketing Service to Power Online Athletic Ticket Sales and Donations

Texas State University Easily Transitioned to NeuLion's Ticketing Platform in Record Time

PLAINVIEW, NY--(Marketwire - May 17, 2011) - NeuLion, Inc. (TSX: NLN) today announced that Texas State University has deployed NeuLion's Total Ticketing solution to seamlessly manage the University's online athletic ticket sales and donations to its Bobcat Club.

In addition to offering universities and sports organizations a Total Ticketing solution, NeuLion provides integrated services for e-commerce, fan and alumni donations, video streaming and web hosting.

Texas State University joins many other NeuLion partners -- which include Duke University, Mississippi State, University of Pennsylvania and Appalachian State -- who have implemented NeuLion's Total Ticketing platform to manage ticketing and donor management for their athletic departments.

NeuLion is uniquely positioned to help Texas State grow their ticket sales and Bobcat Club membership, with tools to mine a single database of relevant information. With this service, the Bobcats can create and communicate special ticket offers to targeted fans who can easily make donations after selecting their seats online. Every aspect of NeuLion's service is designed by experts in college athletics to help universities increase revenue and donations, and most of all improve administrative efficiency. NeuLion worked closely with Texas State to ensure a smooth, quick transition.

"I was so pleased and impressed with NeuLion through the conversion process," said Keely Stewart, Director of Ticket Operations for Texas State Athletics. "I was leery about converting to a new system but the process was painless. I am extremely thankful how quickly and easily we accomplished the transition and have immediately seen the benefits."

NeuLion's hosted, cloud-based service allows both the Ticket Office and the Bobcat Club to view all aspects of a fan's account from the same system, facilitating communication between the offices and providing better customer service to the fan. In addition, NeuLion's developers constantly update the system, responding to feedback and requests for features from users. Universities can immediately take advantage of new features without having to wait for a new version of the software to be released.

"As they prepare to join the Western Athletic Conference and the Football Bowl Subdivision in 2012, the Bobcats recognize that NeuLion's service offers the fan experience and back office tools to power their growth," said Ed O'Brien, Vice President of NeuLion College. "Converting to Total Ticketing in record time, Texas State is ready to reap the benefits of a single platform."

The College Division of NeuLion is devoted exclusively to college athletics. With over 150 collegiate partnerships, NeuLion's technology provides colleges and universities the ability to connect with fans through a suite of digital services including web hosting, integrated video player, fan support, digital marketing, ticketing solutions, live streaming services and many others.
