Texas Wyoming Drilling, Inc. Conducts Tests to Substantiate Historic Gold Findings on Property

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - November 22, 2010) -  Texas Wyoming Drilling, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: TWDL), today announced that it has begun geological testing at its 160 acre Yellow Jacket Placer Mining Claim #108 in Clark County, Nevada. This is part of the Yellow Jacket Placer Project formerly owned by the late Howard Hughes. Fred Johnson, a certified geologist approved by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), is conducting tests to substantiate previous historical data. These extensive drillings were performed on the entire Project several years ago. In late 2008 and early 2009 assays were done with samples specifically from Claim #108. These showed similar concentrations of gold as were found in the earlier assays. To review the historical data and the 2008 and 2009 Analytical and Analysis Reports, go to

With the expectation that that the results of the geological testing will be compatible with the original studies, the Company has several million dollars in equipment ready and waiting to be utilized, and has acquired financial partners ready to begin mining the gold and other precious metals.

TWDL's Chief Operating Officer Scott Whipple said, "The price of gold has continued on an upward trend for the past ten years, and has risen to an average of over $1,380 per ounce so far this month. When we look at the abundance of Gold on this property, as well as Silver, Platinum and other Rare Earths, and multiply each by the price per ounce, we can anticipate a bright future for TWDL and all of its shareholders."

Legacy Rock, Inc., a diversified mineral and rock mining enterprise wholly owned by TWDL, had gross sales of over 1 Million in 2009 and has actively pursued expansion in 2010. Projects currently underway include mining to provide (1) Spring Water for bottling, (2) Rocks for decorative purposes and erosion (now being used by NV Energy (NVE) in the Southwest), (3) Calcium Carbonate which can be utilized, among other things, in place of resin to make plastic bottles and to clean up oil spills, and (4) Gold for the huge investment market simulated by the perceived instability of the U.S. dollar.
