The webinars, presented by Liz Bross, vice president of digital interaction, The Agency Inside Harte-Hanks, will share real-world experience and key thought-leadership into the ever-changing trends in email marketing. In the initial August 4 webinar titled Email Response Metrics: Key Performance Indicators Across Industries, Bross will discuss benchmarks to help marketers better evaluate email results versus industry competitors, as well as identify key metrics to improve consumer engagement.

The webinar, scheduled for Friday, August 12 at 2:00 p.m. EDT/ 11:00 a.m. PDT, will discuss critical email KPIs and utilize the Harte-Hanks Postfuture Index™ (www.harte-hanks.com/pfindex) for 2009-2010 to explore:

  • Open and click-through rates by industry;
