NASHVILLE, TN--(Marketwire - Aug 28, 2012) -  SMA Alliance, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SMAA) is releasing a sneak preview of the company's highly anticipated technology that will give consumers the upper hand in price negotiations when purchasing a vehicle without legally binding them to a contract.

The most recent edition of the software application is called CABiD and is currently being tested in beta before its initial release to the automotive sector. A CABiD is defined as the price that consumers will now be able to enter as the price they are willing to paying for a specific new or pre-owned vehicle. Dealerships and manufactures will have to compete to give the buyer the best possible options as the consumer is not legally bound by their CABiD and can accept the best deal offered to them in the software application of the CABiD pre-negotiation stage.
