The Bank of Maine Celebrates the Opening of Its New Boothbay Banking Center

PORTLAND, ME--(Marketwire - May 30, 2012) - The Bank of Maine invites customers and members of the Boothbay community to celebrate the grand opening of the bank's new full-service banking center at 189 Townsend Avenue in Boothbay on Thursday, May 31, 2012.

The new open-concept building incorporates several, innovative design elements used in the bank's Portland headquarters and branch which opened last June.

"We want to invite everyone in the Boothbay area to join us for this special celebration and learn more about the bank," said John W. Everets, Chairman and CEO of The Bank of Maine. "The demand for our relationship-banking offerings continues to grow. We've been fortunate to have served the people of Boothbay for the last 12 years and look forward to continuing to serve the community at our new banking center."

The Boothbay banking center is open Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Thursday's ribbon-cutting ceremony will begin at 10:00 a.m.
