The BC Chapter of the American Marketing Association Announces New Directors' Forum

Executive Roundtable Gives Senior Level Marketing Professionals Upper Edge

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Sept. 12, 2013) - The BC Chapter of the American Marketing Association announces the launch of their new BCAMA Directors' Forum - an exclusive roundtable group for directors and senior managers in the marketing industry. Chaired by Peter Reek, Founder and Principal of Smart, Savvy + Associates, the Forum will enable participants to share valuable experiences, discover best practices in the marketing industry and become thought leaders in the marketing field.

"We are extremely excited to launch this new initiative for our senior members," says BCAMA President, Sarah Finstad. "The marketing industry in Vancouver has some of the best and brightest minds in the industry and, as BC's leading marketing association, we wanted to create a program which will further cultivate that excellence, inspiration, and ingenuity. The BCAMA Directors' Forum will help us achieve this by connecting members to their peers within the industry."

The BCAMA Directors' Forum is geared towards Directors and/or Senior Managers with at least seven years of experience in the marketing and communications industry, the marketing and sales industry or managing clients and marketing campaigns. Following the popularity of globally spread phenomenon, such as TED and Creative Mornings, small intellectually driven roundtable discussions will focus on key topics shaping the marketing industry. Members will also tackle current issues in today's landscape, discuss emergent challenges, and network with industry leaders.
