The Cashdales Will Appear in Madison County Covered Bridge Festival Parade

CLEVELAND, TN--(Marketwired - October 06, 2014) - The Cashdales are travelling to Winterset, Iowa, to participate in the 45th annual Madison County Covered Bridge Festival Parade. The parade, which begins at 2 p.m. on Sunday, October 12, will march straight down Court Avenue, turn south at City Hall, and then go east again down Washington Street. This year's festival theme is "timeless treasures."

"Winterset is a gorgeous part of the country," said Steve Scoggins, Check Into Cash President. "We're proud that the Cashdales get to represent us in this parade."

The Covered Bridge Festival will feature live music, old-time craft demonstrations, historical reenactments, an antique car show, and even an "old fashioned spelling bee." There will be a wide variety of food and entertainment to enjoy, and visitors can take tours of the iconic covered bridges that dot the local landscape.

"Hearing the clickity-clack of horses walking across old, wooden bridges is mesmerizing," said Scoggins. "The Cashdales are a great addition to Madison County's parade, and we hope they get to meet a great crowd!"

If you see the horses in the parade, be sure to take a picture of them and post it to their Facebook and Twitter pages! For more information on the Cashdales and a full event schedule, visit Cashdales.com.

The Madison County Covered Bridge Festival hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, October 11 and 12. For more information on the festival, visit MadisonCounty.com.
