The Children's Internet Commences National Television Ad Campaign

PLEASANTON, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 27, 2007 -- The Children's Internet, Inc. (OTCBB: CITC), marketers of the multiple award-winning service ranked by PC Magazine as the number one "Kids' Browsers and Services," announced today that it achieved a major milestone in its development by starting a three-month television media test of its Infomercial.

Express Media, an advertising agency that specializes in purchasing broadcast television airtime for direct response advertising, is managing the distribution of the Company's television Infomercial. Express Media (, a multi-million dollar, full service agency, is the hidden secret behind many of the successful infomercials airing today and is one of the highest ranking media buying companies in the industry. They have been responsible for media placement for many of the top selling Infomercial products.

"Earlier this year we announced that Infomercial production was complete. Now as promised I am very excited to say that the Infomercial is now airing on television stations from California to New York! The initial two-week media test started in early March and covered over 30 million households. The key purpose of the media test is to gather marketing data that will identify television stations and time periods that reach our target demographic.
