The Children's Internet Launches Infomercial

"Father of the Infomercial" Genre Goes All in to Market His New Venture

PLEASANTON, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 12, 2007 -- The Children's Internet, Inc. (OTCBB: CITC), marketers of the award-winning software and totally secure online service created just for kids, announced today that production of their Infomercial is complete. They intend to purchase broadcast television airtime and begin running the show in the first quarter of 2007. Initially they will conduct a media test in various target demographics beginning this quarter and subsequently, based on the test-marketing results, the Company will rollout the Infomercial.

"We are very excited to have our dreams become a reality. Finally, we will open the curtains to the public showcasing our spectacular product in a relevant, educational and informative show. The Children's Internet® is the best solution to combat Internet dangers and meets head-on the growing crisis of keeping children safe. We offer parents not only a "safe house" for their kids, but also a dynamic, online community that's filled with so much excitement, fun and educational activities. Now parents can allow their children to take full advantage of the Internet -- the most powerful technology and communication development this century, with total peace of mind," said Ms. Sholeh Hamedani, Chief Executive Officer of The Children's Internet, Inc.

Mr. Nasser Hamedani, Chairman of Two Dog Net Inc., the creators of The Children's Internet®, who many consider the "father of the Infomercial" and former Chairman and co-Founder of SyberVision Systems Inc., pioneered this advertising concept and achieved the highest levels of success starting back in 1984 and continuing through the 90s. His company was instrumental in essentially writing the original "how to" handbook on Infomercials. Today the respect and trust he established in the industry goes a long way toward forging the kind of partnerships to make The Children's Internet successful. Nasser has the vision, skills and spirit to make this product launch another huge winner in the Infomercial industry.

"Infomercials are more than just long commercials. They require a sophisticated approach that generates an immediate response for sales, build brand awareness and create excitement. I have experienced first-hand how a successful Infomercial campaign can introduce a product to the marketplace while synergistically supporting all of the other sales and marketing initiatives," said Nasser Hamedani, Chairman of Two Dog Net Inc.

Perhaps many still remain skeptical of products sold in paid programming that runs late at night, but the stigma of the Infomercial has drastically faded in the last 20 years. More than ever, consumers have proved that despite the advent of eBay and other online shopping options, Infomercials sell product -- some estimates put this growing industry close to $300 billion in sales last year. Everyone from Cindy Crawford and P. Diddy to giant Fortune 500 companies like Proctor & Gamble, Microsoft, and Clorox have discovered the power of direct response TV and have validated this marketing approach. The Children's Internet has always believed that the Infomercial is the perfect vehicle to launch the service and tell their story.
