Founder Acquires Fashion Publishing Group From IMG

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - January 7, 2011) - IMG Fashion, a division of IMG Worldwide, Inc., announced today the sale of The Daily Group to Daily Front Row, Inc., a company controlled by The Daily's founder and Editor-in-Chief, Brandusa Niro. The Daily Group includes The Daily, published each season during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, and the website www.DailyFrontRow.com, among other titles.

For the past eight years, The Daily has grown exponentially with the success of its printed publications as well as the expansion of the year-round www.DailyFrontRow.com. As part of the sale, The Daily will retain its status as the "Magazine of Choice" for Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week attendees this February. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
