The Dream of Canada Photo Exhibit Comes to Canada Place

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - June 25, 2015) - Port Metro Vancouver is proud to welcome "The Dream of Canada" photo exhibit to the upper promenade of Canada Place, near FlyOver Canada. A collaboration between Parks Canada and Heritage Canada, the exhibit celebrates Canada's unique natural and cultural heritage through spectacular images representing our vast network of national historic sites, national parks and national marine conservation areas from each province and territory.

"It is our mission at Canada Place to provide inspirationally Canadian experiences, so we are more than pleased to be able to showcase this exhibit celebrating Canadian nature and heritage here on the west coast," said Tom Corsie, President, Canada Place Corporation and Vice President of Real Estate, Port Metro Vancouver.

The exhibit was originally on display at the Fairmont Chateau Laurier Hotel in Ottawa. Port Metro Vancouver has created an opportunity for the photos and display to travel to Vancouver, for the enjoyment and education of travellers and local audiences in British Columbia.

The "Dream of Canada" photo exhibit can be viewed on the observation deck on the upper promenade, on the north side of Canada Place, at the top of the FlyOver Canada escalator. Visitors can enjoy the photo display surrounded by views of downtown Vancouver, the harbour and north shore mountains.
