The Fashion House Promotes Key Executives to Form New Management Team

LOS ANGELES, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 19, 2007 -- The Fashion House, Inc. (OTCBB: FHHI), a leading designer and distributor of women's dress footwear, announced today that Oscar Valencia has been elevated to Group President and Daniel Amado has been promoted to Group President of Product Development and Creative Director. The two will join John Hanna, President and CEO, to form the Company's management committee.

Valencia has served as President of the Blass by Bill Blass division for the last year. He will now oversee all brands, adding Bill Blass Couture, Isaac Mizrahi, ISAAC Isaac Mizrahi, tyler. Richard Tyler and O Oscar, An Oscar de la Renta Company to his area of responsibility.

Valencia has a long history in the footwear world, including 16 years at Etienne Aigner where he was promoted to group president of footwear and accessories in 1999, after serving as president of footwear for six years. Valencia was also president of Havana Joe and executive vice president of Tommy Hilfiger, where he was responsible for men's, women's and children's shoes.

Amado's new position emphasizes The Fashion House's commitment to fashion-forward design and strong line development. He was previously senior vice president and creative director. He joined The Fashion House in December 2005.

Amado's experience includes 14 years at Nine West Group where his positions included president of the Selby Division and senior vice president, product development. He also served as senior vice president, product development at Aerogroup International where he repositioned the Aerosoles brand through the development and expansion of new categories and reinvented the product by introducing modern, fashion-driven designs.
