The First New North Oak Cliff Apartments in a Decade a Success

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - Aug 30, 2012) - In Dallas' rapidly growing North Oak Cliff, another milestone has been reached. Less than a year after opening, Zang Triangle is approaching stabilization. The luxury apartments in Dallas are the first new development of its kind to rise in the area for almost a decade. Home to the popular Bishop Arts District and a leading Dallas Methodist medical center, Zang Triangle is a development signaling North Oak Cliff's renaissance.

The new apartments near uptown Dallas are accompanying a groundswell of artistic expression and business growth. The area was recently the subject of articles on independent or "indie" film and culture in the New York Times and Washington Post. Put simply, North Oak Cliff is the place to be in Dallas. Within North Oak Cliff is the unique Bishop Arts District that offers independent boutiques, restaurants, shops, bars and galleries.

"We are thrilled to reach stabilization so quickly. This is a great example of how North Oak Cliff is both vibrant and growing," says Kathryn Hatcher, Property Manager for The Hanover Company, which manages the Zang Triangle apartments. "The increasing interest in the area is remarkable as more and more Dallas residents recognize the cultural and economic contributions of North Oak Cliff to downtown Dallas."

The only development of its kind in the area, Zang Triangle apartments in downtown Dallas offers convenient access to both shopping, entertainment and Dallas Methodist Hospital for residents. The Bishop Arts District has been rapidly expanding, including live music establishments and a restaurant incubator that will nurture 15 startup establishments. The area already boasts some of the top-ranked eateries in Dallas, and is being acknowledged in local publications as the next uptown.

For current and future residents, the area offers fun events such as a beer run, the Bastille on Bishop, Brew Riot in Bishop Arts and the historic Adamson vs. Sunset rival rematch rally.
