The Futura Loyalty Group Announces Corporate Changes

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 19, 2007) -

The Futura Loyalty Group Inc. (TSX VENTURE:FUT) (the "Company") today announced that David Campbell will be joining the board as of January 1, 2008. David will be replacing the departing Jim Whitaker who has resigned from the board effective today. Jim has been a board member since 2004 and has provided invaluable guidance to management during his tenure and to the board as audit committee chair. David will also be assuming the role as audit committee chair.

David has significant financial experience as well as specific experience in financial services and payment technology companies. He has also been instrumental in raising capital for various companies both as CFO and as a venture capital investor with a Canadian venture fund. David has an Honours Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and was granted the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1996.

"We are pleased to welcome David to the board of directors", says Mark Farrell, President and CEO of Futura. "David adds a fresh perspective with great experience garnered from senior financial roles at both private and publicly traded companies. We also want to thank Jim for all his efforts and advice over the years and his continued support for the Company through VentureLink."

The Company also announced that Byron Holland will be leaving the Company in his capacity as COO effective December 31, 2007. Byron will remain on the board of directors of the Company and will be assuming the role of president and CEO of a national company located in Ottawa in the New Year.

"Byron has been instrumental in building the Futura Rewards program and we will miss his day-to-day input", adds Farrell. "However, as a board member, Byron will have significant insight into the desired direction of the Company as it continues to grow."

"As co-founder of the Futura Rewards program, it was truly a difficult decision to leave the Company at such an exciting time", says Byron Holland, COO of Futura. "I was provided with an opportunity to run a national, high profile company which was difficult to pass up. That being said, I am happy to continue to be a part of Futura's growth and prosperity and will continue to assist management in any way I can".
